A fun and energetic dance based fitness class. Delivering dance routines that provide a full body workout and an experience unlike any other.
Tuesday evening class!

 Perfect for adults who are looking for a modified and lower intensity dance fitness class. It is a low impact and easy to follow class but a whole lot of fun. 

Friday morning class!

This dance fitness class incorporates a variety of fun styles with upbeat music. A class that caters for all different ages and abilities. It will definitely give you that feel good factor.

Fitness pilates is a training option based on fundamental pilates technique and exercises. It is an exercise programme designed to enhance the posture, strength, balance and stability of a healthy adult.
This training option is designed for the apparently healthy person. It is not appropriate for people with diagnosed back or joint problems or for pregnant women. Please contact Conan if you seek further information.
Classes running on Monday & Wednesday!

This nostalgic dance fitness class  brings together Disco Fusion, 80s Workout and 90s Throwback. The perfect fun and energetic fitness class for those that love music from the 70s, 80s and 90s.
Thursday evening class!

A group fitness class that is performed at a ballet barre and incorporates movements derived from Ballet.

BARRE focuses on small, controlled movements with emphasis on 

technique, alignment and core engagement by moving through a series of set exercises. Benefits include improved strength, posture, flexibility, balance and muscle definition. This class is suitable for all abilities!
